1. Technical Drawings & Documentation

  • Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and construction documents based on design concepts and site measurements.
  • Produce accurate floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed carpentry/shop drawings for approval and execution.
  • Revise and update drawings according to feedback from designers, clients, or contractors.

2. Coordination with Designers & Project Teams

  • Work closely with interior designers, project managers, and site supervisors to translate design intent into workable drawings.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with design requirements, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Assist in coordinating between consultants, contractors, and suppliers by providing updated drawings and clarifications.

3. Site & Measurement Support

  • Conduct site visits to verify dimensions and collect necessary data for drawings.
  • Cross-check site conditions against drawings and highlight discrepancies for rectification.

4. Material & Technical Detailing

  • Incorporate technical details such as carpentry joints, finishes, material specifications, and fixture placement.
  • Provide detailed specifications for fabrication and installation teams.

5. Quality & Standards

  • Ensure all drawings are precise, clear, and submitted within the required timelines.
  • Maintain organized drawing files and documentation for project reference.
  • Stay updated with drafting standards, software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.), and industry practices.
