Drafter/Draftsman

Join our dynamic project team as a CAD Drafter and play a key role in turning design concepts into precise, detailed construction drawings of luxury residential properties.

You'll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our high-end projects are executed accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Produce accurate CAD drawings and plans in line with project specifications, building codes and premium design standards
• Translate design concepts into technical drawings for construction implementation of landed properties
• Revise and update drawings based on project changes or site feedback
• Maintain organized drawing documentation for smooth project workflow
• Support material take-offs and specification checks for accuracy
• Coordinate drawings with contractors and consultants for seamless project delivery

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role in construction projects, preferably with exposure to luxury residential projects
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting and design software
• Strong technical drawing and spatial visualization skills
• Detail-oriented, organized and a proactive team player
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
