The Bloom Box is an e-commerce florist known for our signature bloom boxes and creative floral designs. As we continue to grow, we are creating a new role within our team – Marketing & Social Media Executive. This position will play a key role in expanding our digital presence, strengthening brand awareness, and driving customer engagement through social media and e-commerce platforms.

General Job Description:

The Bloom Box is looking for a driven and creative marketing professional that comes equipped with a growth mindset, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a hands-on mentality to join our team. You are responsible for churning out creative marketing ideas and plans that leads to successful marketing campaigns. You will enhance brand awareness organically and sales through various paid digital solutions within the digital space.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow The Bloom Box's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Develop and execute a content calendar, including the creation of engaging visual and video content.
  • Host and manage live-streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee Live.
  • Manage our e-marketplace store, including product listings, campaigns, and live selling initiatives.
  • Produce high-quality photography and creative assets using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools (e.g., CapCut).
  • Write compelling copy for social media captions, blog posts, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and improve engagement.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid digital marketing campaigns using Meta Ads Manager to increase visibility, followers, and conversions.
  • Build brand love by developing fresh, creative ideas that resonate with our target audience.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Meta Blueprint Certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in photography, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with strong copywriting abilities.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative and engaging content.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages will be considered an advantage.
  • Must help with floristry tasks during peak periods (Mother's Day and Valentine's Day).

Other Information:

Position: Full-time (Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5:30)

Level: Executive (Entry to Mid-level)

Location: New Industrial Road, Singapore
