We are seeking a skilled Flooring Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wooden flooring in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires proficiency in using tools for measuring and determining flooring area calculations, as well as the ability to plan and execute flooring installation methods.

Responsibilities:

• Use tools such as saws, hammers, rulers, plumb bobs, levels, and framing squares to measure and prepare the flooring area.
• Calculate flooring area and determine the appropriate installation method and materials needed for each project.
• Install wooden flooring according to project specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Study blueprints, sketches, or building plans to prepare project layouts and determine dimensions and materials required.
• Perform maintenance and repairs on wooden fixtures as needed.
• Work with the team to ensure the project is completed within the agreed timeline and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in wooden flooring installation and maintenance.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools, calculating and installation methods.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical specifications.
• Fluent in Mandarin is a plus
• Willingness to travel for work assignments.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and positive attitude.
