Clinical Audiologist / Hearing Care Professional

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and hearing aid evaluations for clients.
  • Recommend appropriate hearing solutions and guide clients through the hearing aid selection process.
  • Perform accurate hearing aid fittings and provide professional counselling to ensure optimal user satisfaction.
  • To be involved in retail sales of hearing aids and achieve/surpass store revenue and quality targets
  • Provide after-sales support, including fine-tuning and maintenance of hearing devices.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and a consistent, high-quality client experience.
  • Participate in hearing screening events, outreach initiatives, and marketing campaigns to promote hearing health awareness.
  • Develop and maintain good client relationships
  • Manage all daily store operations, including ensuring accurate inventory, cleanliness and organisation of store.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Audiology or with at least 1 year experience in hearing aid provider role
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and medical specialists
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and clearly explain test results
  • Keen to continue learning and extend knowledge and skills
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
  • Patience and compassionate
  • Bilingual

Work Conditions
