Clinical Audiologist / Hearing Care Professional
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments and hearing aid evaluations for clients.
- Recommend appropriate hearing solutions and guide clients through the hearing aid selection process.
- Perform accurate hearing aid fittings and provide professional counselling to ensure optimal user satisfaction.
- To be involved in retail sales of hearing aids and achieve/surpass store revenue and quality targets
- Provide after-sales support, including fine-tuning and maintenance of hearing devices.
- Ensure smooth daily operations and a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Participate in hearing screening events, outreach initiatives, and marketing campaigns to promote hearing health awareness.
- Develop and maintain good client relationships
- Manage all daily store operations, including ensuring accurate inventory, cleanliness and organisation of store.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor or master's degree in Audiology or with at least 1 year experience in hearing aid provider role
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and medical specialists
- Ability to build rapport with customers and clearly explain test results
- Keen to continue learning and extend knowledge and skills
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment
- Patience and compassionate
- Bilingual
- Only Singaporean and Singapore Permanent Residents need apply
Work Conditions
- Must be willing to work on Saturdays.
- Various locations at central Singapore.
