As an Technician for our Mold & Tool Dept/ DSM Flex / Secondary Packaging, you are tasked to ensure production meet Safety, Quality and Output target and operate in compliance to all GMP/GDP requirements and HSE regulatory requirements at Tuas. In this role, a typical day will include:

Responsibilities

  • To provide operational support for productivity and product quality effectively and efficiently.
  • To perform pack-size conversion and machine troubleshooting, actively engage to production
  • technical support to improve production OEE.
  • Good coordination across the team.
  • To ensure good 5S standard and HSE compliance in SP operation.
  • To drive and participate on the recovery process of non-routine issues

What You'll Bring to Alcon

  • Min NITEC/ Diploma in Engineering field
  • 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing industry.
  • Must be willing to work in 12 hours rotating shift
