Job Description

We're looking for a Performance Engineer Intern to join our team, primarily supporting our Smart O&M services as we onboard more systems. This role also offers exposure to our other key services with a focus on system monitoring, data analytics and performance optimization.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in monitoring, analyzing, and daily check on PV systems performance.
  • Work with real-time data from our growing portfolio, identifying underperformance and recommending solutions.
  • Support predictive maintenance strategies using advanced analytics.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance Smart O&M processes.
  • Contribute to performance reports and customer insights.
  • Potentially assist in other areas, such as audits, repowering, and rectifications

What We Look For

  • Background in engineering or science (electrical, renewable energy, mechanical or related fields).
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with performance data.
  • Passion for solar energy and optimization.
  • Proficiency in Excel, or Python and other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
