
Sales Trainer

Job responsibilities :
- Partner with internal leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors to co-create learning content that is practical, engaging, and relevant.
- Introduce structured processes, SOPs, and training assets to ensure consistency and scalability in program delivery.
- Facilitate both in-person and virtual sessions, ranging from product deep dives to sales and negotiation skills workshops.
- Support major campaigns, promotional activities, and product launches through customised training plans.
- Promote and manage enrolment for both open-access and invitation-only learning initiatives.
- Track training impact through feedback and measurable performance indicators, then refine content for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on beverage industry developments, competitor moves, and evolving consumer preferences to keep programs up to date.
- Mentor and guide future internal trainers to strengthen the organisation's long-term learning capability
What we're looking for
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a sales training or sales coaching role, preferably in the B2B or professional services sector
- Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer relationship management, and lead generation strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate audiences
- Proven ability to create and deliver effective training programs that drive measurable improvements in sales performance
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and the ability to adapt training styles to different learning preferences
- A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or education
