Wealth Manager (New to industry / Career transition)

Are you ready to start a career in wealth management?

Titans Private Wealth is expanding our wealth management team and we are searching for candidates who do not have experience in this field or looking for a switch in their career to join us as a Wealth Manager. Fresh graduates are also welcomed.

You will be provided with training across the various wealth management products / services and mentoring from experienced wealth managers.

Role Description

As an Associate Director of Sales with Titans Private Wealth, you will partner clients in securing their financial future in a range of areas, including but not limited to:

  • Wealth creation, enhancement and preservation
  • Risk and cashflow management
  • Personal finance and risk management
  • Estate and legacy planning

Key Responsibilities

1. Drive Client Acquisition and Foster Long-term Relationships

  • Proactively prospect and acquire new clients while nurturing lasting relationships
  • Actively strengthen and deepen relationships with existing clients both onshore & offshore to build a strong foundation for sustained customer growth

2. Provide Personalised Financial Guidance

  • Deliver regular market updates to clients and gain a deep understanding of their financial goals to offer tailored wealth management solutions
  • Offer customised financial planning and advisory services aligned to each client's unique financial needs and investment preferences

3. Expertise in Wealth Management and Ensure Compliance

  • Proficient in advising clients on a wide range of investment and insurance products and services through a network of investment platforms and insurance providers
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest financial products and services, ensuring that you are well-versed in industry developments
  • Ensure strict adherence to KYC/AML and other compliance requirements

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Recognised Polytechnic Diploma or University Degree in any field
  • Outgoing disposition, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and have the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships
  • Results- oriented and numbers driven with a strong sense of focus to meet desired sales / revenue targets
