About the role
As a Senior Assistant Director, COE Manpower Analytics , you will play a crucial role in driving the company's manpower analytics strategy. This full-time position will involve leveraging data and advanced analytics to optimise workforce planning and management.
What you'll be doing

Develop and implement robust data-driven workforce planning and forecasting models to support strategic decision-making

Analyse workforce data and metrics to identify trends, patterns and insights that inform human capital strategies
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to design and deliver impactful HR analytics solutions
-
Drive the adoption of advanced analytics tools and techniques across the organisation
-
Lead the development and maintenance of workforce analytics dashboards and reporting
-
Provide expert guidance and recommendations to business leaders on complex workforce challenges

Mentor and develop a team of data analysts and HR professionals
What we're looking for
-
Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or a related quantitative discipline

8 years of experience in workforce analytics, HR information systems or a related field

Strong technical skills in data mining, statistical modelling and predictive analytics
-
Proficiency in using data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Qlik
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex analytics into actionable insights
-
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams
