Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in aesthetics, beauty, or training.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel across different outlets for training.

  • Singaporean / Singapore Permeant Residence preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing staff on:

    • Treatment theory and technology knowledge

    • Service and customer care skills (across different outlets)

    • Sales and communication/talking skills (across different outlets)

  • Collaborate with Directors on new treatment/service launches and provide training to all outlet staff.
  • Create and update training materials, manuals, and SOPs to ensure consistency across outlets.
  • Conduct practical assessments and evaluations to measure staff performance and skill improvements.
  • Provide on-the-job coaching and shadowing support for staff when required.
  • Support in video production shoots for training, marketing, or promotional purposes.
  • Work closely with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) during their treatment sessions.
  • Monitor outlet hygiene standards, conduct regular audits, and provide improvement suggestions.
  • Develop and implement hygiene duty timetables for staff.
  • Attend to customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
  • Plan and organize refresher courses, workshops, and role-play sessions to upskill staff continuously.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor practices; share insights with management.
  • Motivate and mentor staff to maintain service excellence and company standards.
  • Provide feedback to management on staff training needs and performance gaps.
  • Occasionally represent the company in product/treatment demonstrations, seminars, or events.
  • Check on staff well-being, including providing basic counselling and guidance when needed.
