What you'll be doing?
  • Project Management: Oversee technical and non-technical aspects of projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely resolution of issues.
  • Technical Oversight: Review and submit technical drawings, method statements, and proposals, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with clients, consultants, and sub-contractors in meetings and daily operations to facilitate project progress.
  • Budget Control: Implement cost-effective strategies to reduce material wastage, optimize resource utilization, and manage project finances.
  • Team Leadership: Guide supervisors and chargehands to meet project objectives and company goals.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards while maintaining productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Candidates with ITE qualifications or above are encouraged to apply.
  • Industry Experience: At least 2-3 years of working experience in sub-contracting, specifically in metal work, stainless steel, or aluminum trades.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possession of Class 2b or 3 licenses, BCSS, and Work At Height certificates is required for this role.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of technical drawings, engineering project proposals, and method statements.
