Job Title: Project Engineer (Mechanical Equipment)

Responsibilities:

  • Create and update Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for complex plant engineering projects.
  • Prepare and maintain related engineering documentation, including Material Take-Offs (MTOs), process descriptions, operation manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
  • Utilize AutoCAD 2D to develop and modify engineering drawings with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the project lifecycle from concept design, detailed engineering, to commissioning and handover.
  • Provide technical input during project planning, execution, and troubleshooting.
  • Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D with proven experience in drafting and design.
  • Experience in preparing and managing engineering documentation for plant projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge or experience in the industrial, or specialty gas industry will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
