For 52 years, SUN SANG has been dedicated to crafting distinctive semi-precious stone jewelry, using unparalleled artistry to create one-of-a-kind jewelry experiences for our customers. We are now seeking passionate individuals to join our team and together write a new chapter in jewelry retail.

Position Overview:

Whether you're a jewelry enthusiast just starting out or an experienced retail manager, we provide a platform for growth. Sales associates will focus on customer service and sales, while store managers will lead teams to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Provide expert jewelry consultation and deliver exceptional customer service experiences


• Meet and exceed individual/team sales targets


• Implement brand visual merchandising standards and optimize product displays


• Build and maintain customer relationships to enhance repeat business


• Oversee team management, training, and performance goals


• Supervise inventory management and daily operations

Qualifications We Seek:


• Passion for the jewelry industry with an eye for aesthetics


• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change


• Fluency in English and Chinese


• Retail experience preferred
