
Customer Service Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties
- Generate sales order for order processing.
- Accepting order inquiries from customers and responding with follow-up queries.
- Handling and resolving customer feedbacks.
- Ensure all deliveries to customers are properly communicated to all parties.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics/ 3rd party to ensure on-time delivery.
- Verify certificate of analysis/ compliance, applying inspection status.
- Preparing, generating and distributing order acknowledgements and daily reports.
- Maintaining database of customer contacts.
- Maintain good filing and retrieval system to ensure easy access of work documents.
- Any other duties as assigned,
Knowledge and Skills Requirement
- Diploma in Business Admin
- At least 2 years working experience in related field.
- SAP knowledge is an added advantage
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Other information
- 5-days work week (Monday to Friday)
- Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
- Company transport provided at designated pick-up point (Jurong West, Boon Lay, Lakeside, Jurong East, Serangoon, Bukit Panjang, Choa Chu Kang, Woodlands MRT)
