About the role

Crown Construction Pte Ltd are seeking a talented Project Executive to join their team in the Pasir Ris East Region. This is a full-time position within our reputable construction and interior fit-out business. As a Project Executive, you will play a key role in the delivery of our interior fit-out, renovation and architecture projects, contributing to the strategic goals and growth of the company.

What you'll be doing

  1. Managing all aspects of interior fit-out, renovation and architecture projects from inception to completion
  2. Liaising with clients, architects, designers and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
  3. Overseeing budgets, timelines and quality control for assigned projects
  4. Identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track
  5. Providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders
  6. Assisting with the preparation of proposals and tender submissions
  7. Providing guidance and support to junior members of the project team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years' experience in a project management or project executive role within the construction, interior fit-out or architecture industries
  2. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  4. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
  5. Familiar with construction methodologies, materials and legal/regulatory requirements
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  7. Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects and exceeding client expectations
