About the role
Crown Construction Pte Ltd are seeking a talented Project Executive to join their team in the Pasir Ris East Region. This is a full-time position within our reputable construction and interior fit-out business. As a Project Executive, you will play a key role in the delivery of our interior fit-out, renovation and architecture projects, contributing to the strategic goals and growth of the company.
What you'll be doing
- Managing all aspects of interior fit-out, renovation and architecture projects from inception to completion
- Liaising with clients, architects, designers and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery
- Overseeing budgets, timelines and quality control for assigned projects
- Identifying and mitigating risks to keep projects on track
- Providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders
- Assisting with the preparation of proposals and tender submissions
- Providing guidance and support to junior members of the project team
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a project management or project executive role within the construction, interior fit-out or architecture industries
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans
- Familiar with construction methodologies, materials and legal/regulatory requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Enthusiasm for delivering high-quality projects and exceeding client expectations
