Responsibilities:

  • Compile, verify and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Prepare Dispatch Orders and Invoices for the warehouse department.
  • Enter data from source documents into prescribed computer database in a fast paced environment
  • Inputting customer and account data from source documents
  • Ensure accuracy and pay attention to detail
  • File all the documents of goods received from the customers
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Willing to work in Tuas
  • Willing to work on weekends
