Job Scope:

Electrical & Automation Engineer

  • Analyze project requirements; design, develop, and test industrial robotic equipment/machinery.
  • Design electrical control systems and prepare electrical schematic drawings (E3; ePLAN knowledge is a plus).
  • Source, select, and order electrical control components.
  • Execute control system setup including I/O configuration, servo & step drive setup, and axis tuning.
  • Provide technical support during on-site installations and commissioning.
  • Ensure accurate technical documentation, including TCF preparation.

PLC Project Engineer

  • Oversee assigned projects to optimize efficiency, profitability, and performance, while monitoring project health and managing risks.
  • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget, providing timely updates on progress and flagging potential risks to timelines or costs.
  • Conduct project status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the project team, ensuring accurate and prompt exchange of key information.
  • Ensure deliverables meet customer requirements, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and guide cross-functional resources from various departments, organizing regular reviews to resolve any execution-phase issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Engineering or equivalent.
  • With min 1-3 years of experience designing power generation controls, electrical switchgear, or automation systems.
  • Experience with low-voltage and medium-voltage switchgear design, control panel development, and power system analysis.
  • Experience in PLC and HMI (touchscreen/IPC) programming.
  • Skilled in read and understand electrical schematics and drawings
  • Skilled in using AutoCAD, E3, or similar CAD tools.
  • Familiarity with automation systems or industrial machinery is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana).
