SIOP Planner

Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with operations team to develop and execute production schedules that align with demand forecasts.
• Coordinate with contract manufacturers to ensure timely production and delivery of goods.
• Analyse production capacity and adapt the schedule to meet customer needs and optimize utilization
• Track production progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the manufacturing process.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between the warehouse, procurement, sourcing, and production teams.
• Work closely with procurement to ensure timely acquisition of materials needed for production.
• Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding inventory status, production timelines, and potential delays.
• Responsible for coordinating and preparing data & material for the monthly SIOP meeting that will facilitate decisions around Demand, Supply, Capacity, and Inventory planning and ensure that decisions are executed.
• Develop and maintain PFEP (Plan for Every Part) for effective inventory management and material flow optimization.
• Be responsible to define inventory planning strategy to optimize P&L performance
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to understand customer demand and incorporate it into production schedules, forecasts, and plans
• Additional duties and responsibilities may be required based on organization needs

SAP ERP Utilization:

• Utilize SAP ERP system for tracking inventory, production schedules, and procurement processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the SAP system.
• Act as a change agent for continuous process improvement, systems implementation, and standardization efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations
• Proficiency in SAP ERP systems is required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
