Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We're looking for an experienced Partner Sales Director, Greater Asia to join our Global Partner and Alliances Sales team. Reporting to the VP, Partners and Alliances - APJ, you'll be responsible for:

  • Possessing an intimate knowledge of the local channel landscape with tangible success stories involving Zscaler SP, VAR, SI, GSI, distributors, and technology partners.
  • Demonstrating thorough knowledge of the cyber landscape and use cases to effectively position Zscaler's pioneering Zero Trust platform in terms of business outcomes and ROI
  • Building and leveraging strong local executive contacts across the regional partner portfolio to drive channel transformation
  • Executing cross-functional, sales-oriented activities with marketing (field and digital), sales, PG days, CxO events, and delivering Partner Enablement
  • Maintaining and implementing processes, criteria, and controls for the selection, management, and performance of alliance and channel partners, including regular reviews of contractual obligations with partners and ensuring compliance with Zscaler's policies, procedures, and ethical standards
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Over 5 years of experience leading regional teams with proven growth results and 3-5 years of overachievement in high-growth SaaS environments. Expertise in the ASEAN+GCR partner ecosystem with strong C-suite relationships
  • Skilled in driving transformation from legacy systems to cloud-focused solutions, leveraging collaborative sales methodologies
  • Results-driven leader with a bias for action, a passion for continuous learning, and demonstrated ability to connect teams, partners, and customers to deliver impactful value and growth outcomes
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Over 5 years of experience building strong relationships across Global Service Integrators, Service Providers, and born-in-the-cloud partners, with a proven track record of profitable GTM success through alliances partnerships
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, networking, and cloud solutions with 2+ years of sales experience, complemented by prior involvement in network transformation technologies and early-stage technology start-ups
