Our client is a leading global semiconductor component distributor headquartered in Taiwan and operating in the Asia-Pacific region via its Singapore office. The company serves thousands of OEM/EMS clients with high-tech components and offers end-to-end supply chain and value-added services within industries such as automotive, industrial and consumer electronics. The Singapore branch plays a key role in servicing the region's customers and vendors.

Responsibilities:

  • Supply chain management: Oversee the entire supply chain from procurement to delivery to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Inventory and warehouse management: Monitor stock levels, plan storage, and manage the movement of goods within a warehouse
  • Transportation coordination: Plan and schedule efficient transportation routes and monitor delivery timelines
  • Problem-solving: Address and resolve issues related to inventory, deliveries, and bottlenecks
  • Documentation: Prepare shipping and other necessary documentation
  • Liaising: Communicate with suppliers, transport companies, and customers
  • Reporting and analysis: Create reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and to report to management
  • Process optimization: Analyze supply chain processes to find ways to increase efficiency and reduce costs

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in warehouse/logistics operations preferred (fresh grads considered)
  • Familiar with inventory systems and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
