Key Responsibilities

Marketing (50%)

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing activities and brand initiatives
  • Update and maintain company website and basic online content
  • Coordinate marketing materials, brochures, and presentations
  • Support exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events (pre-event preparation and on-site coordination when required)
  • Liaise with vendors, designers, and printers for marketing collateral
  • Maintain marketing assets and records

Sales Coordination & Administration (50%)

  • Support sales team with order processing, quotations, and documentation
  • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on delivery and order status
  • Maintain sales records, reports, and customer databases
  • Assist with invoice follow-ups, sales documentation, and administrative tasks
  • Handle general coordination work related to sales operations

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or coordination roles
  • Basic knowledge of website content management and marketing tools
  • Good coordination, organisational, and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to support both marketing and sales teams
