
Patient Service Associate

Salary: $2,200/month
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Convertible to PERM)
Working Hour: Monday – Friday: 08:30am to 05:30pm Job Scope:
- Assist Executive in Go-Live Preparation activities such as update work instructions and participate in site setup and full-dress rehearsals.
- Perform counter duties such as application of medical records, registration of elective admissions, general admission queries, referrals to Medical Social Services and etc.
- Manage patient / Next of Kin's feedback and enquiries.
- Provide information and concierge service.
- Ensure all information is kept confidential, compliance of work policies, procedures and internal control.
- Reconcile daily monetary transactions.
- Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.
- Promote use of automated or self-help services.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O-Level qualification with 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience in a Specialist Outpatient Clinic or related healthcare setting preferred.
- Comfortable using mobile apps, web services, and other digital communication platforms.
- Strong commitment to service excellence, with the ability to proactively identify and meet customer needs.
- Must be able to handle long periods of standing/walking.
