Working Hour: Monday – Friday: 08:30am to 05:30pm Job Scope:

  • Assist Executive in Go-Live Preparation activities such as update work instructions and participate in site setup and full-dress rehearsals.
  • Perform counter duties such as application of medical records, registration of elective admissions, general admission queries, referrals to Medical Social Services and etc.
  • Manage patient / Next of Kin's feedback and enquiries.
  • Provide information and concierge service.
  • Ensure all information is kept confidential, compliance of work policies, procedures and internal control.
  • Reconcile daily monetary transactions.
  • Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives.
  • Promote use of automated or self-help services.
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O-Level qualification with 1–2 years of customer service experience.
  • Prior experience in a Specialist Outpatient Clinic or related healthcare setting preferred.
  • Comfortable using mobile apps, web services, and other digital communication platforms.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence, with the ability to proactively identify and meet customer needs.
  • Must be able to handle long periods of standing/walking.
