Responsibilities
- Advise and co-ordinates all research grant applications and ensure that the applications are complete according to guidelines and stipulated requirements.
- Assist supervisor in research fund management. Advise PIs on budgeting for grant application. Collates and submits all grant-related reports.
- Build a strong Research office to facilitate ACP-Surgery clinicians' research.
- Act as key admin resource for all research matters within ACP Surgery.
- Support strong relationships and partnerships with key internal and external partners.
- Co-ordinates, manages and supports workshops, seminars and conferences organised/sponsored by Surgery ACP.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree, preferably in science, engineering or health sciences
- Familiarity with research, either as an investigator or administrator preferred
- Familiarity with an academic healthcare setting also advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
- A good team player who is able to work independently
