Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain all areas of the lounge including seating areas, reception, restrooms, pantry, and staff areas.
  • Ensure all surfaces (tables, counters, lounge chairs, windows, etc.) are spotless and well-maintained.
  • Replenish guest amenities such as tissues, towels, hand soaps, sanitizers, and other consumables regularly.
  • Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors according to schedule and as needed.
  • Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment immediately to the supervisor.
  • Assist with setting up and maintaining lounge layouts according to the standard operating procedures.
  • Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
  • Provide discreet and professional service while maintaining guest privacy and comfort.
  • Cooperate with other staff including kitchen, service, and management to ensure smooth lounge operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a hospitality or lounge environment.
  • Ability to read, write and converse in basic English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Good communication skills and a polite, customer-focused attitude.
  • Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Adaptable to change and a good team player
  • Good customer service skills.
  • Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management.
  • May be required to do overtime (OT), when needed
