- Ensure all surfaces (tables, counters, lounge chairs, windows, etc.) are spotless and well-maintained.
- Replenish guest amenities such as tissues, towels, hand soaps, sanitizers, and other consumables regularly.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors according to schedule and as needed.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with health and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance issues or damage to furniture, fixtures, or equipment immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist with setting up and maintaining lounge layouts according to the standard operating procedures.
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Provide discreet and professional service while maintaining guest privacy and comfort.
- Cooperate with other staff including kitchen, service, and management to ensure smooth lounge operations.
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, ideally in a hospitality or lounge environment.
- Ability to read, write and converse in basic English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
- Good communication skills and a polite, customer-focused attitude.
- Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Adaptable to change and a good team player
- Good customer service skills.
- Any other ad hoc matters assigned by management.
- May be required to do overtime (OT), when needed
