Job Description:

  • Report to the Project Director and Project Manager.

  • Lead a team of WSH Officers and Coordinators assigned to the project.

  • Drive, coordinate, and implement day-to-day WSH initiatives, including daily toolbox meetings.

  • Maintain and continuously improve WSH standards and practices at the workplace.

  • Promote WSH activities and conduct regular training sessions for workers.

  • Conduct WSH audits and, where required, undertake incident investigations.

  • Ensure operational compliance with WSH regulations and requirements.

  • Perform the statutory role of a Registered WSH Manager, including serving as the Secretary of the WSH Committee.

  • Prepare and coordinate WSH Committee meetings and weekly safety coordination meetings.

  • Collate and compile WSH records and data for audits and to meet regulatory requirements.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Director or Project Manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Registered WSH Officer with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience as a WSHO.

  • Willing to work 5.5 days per week at the project site office.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software.

  • Experience with LTA, PUB, or other public sector projects will be an advantage.
