About the role

Orchid Laundry is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Operator and Delivery Attendance to join our team in Gul Circle West Region. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing and logistics processes.

What you'll be doing

Operate and maintain industrial laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and pressing machines to process client garments and linens Ensure adherence to quality control standards and promptly identify and resolve any issues Assist with inventory management, including receiving, sorting, and preparing items for delivery Coordinate and execute the timely delivery of processed items to client locations Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following all safety protocols Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to optimise workflows and drive continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a production operator or in a similar manufacturing/logistics role, preferably within the laundry or textile industry Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards Good physical stamina and the ability to perform various manual handling tasks Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment A valid driver's licence and experience in delivery operations would be an advantage
