Summary:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect with a strong background in the banking/financial services industry to lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT Asset Management (ITAM) , IT Operations Management (ITOM) , and Certificate Lifecycle Management , ensuring compliance with financial regulations and enterprise security standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable, secure ServiceNow architecture aligned with business needs.
  • Lead development and deployment of ITAM, ITOM, and Certificate Lifecycle Management modules.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements across all ServiceNow implementations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB, AD, PKI, SCCM, Azure).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Establish platform standards and mentor development teams on ServiceNow best practices.
Requirements:
  • At least 5+ years of ServiceNow architecture and development experience.
  • Proven delivery of ITAM, ITOM, and CLM solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong understanding of financial services compliance and security requirements.
  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting, REST/SOAP APIs, and CMDB.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS in ITAM/ITOM) strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
