Job Summary

As a Senior / Graphic Designer you will be part of our dynamic team and a core member of our creative department, you will work closely with our in-house designer and other team members to produce high-quality visuals for both in-house projects and client work.

This role is ideal for a creative professional with a keen eye for detail, a strong design sensibility, and a collaborative mindset.

Design & Creative

  • Design digital and print materials, including social media graphics, marketing collaterals, and other creative assets as assigned.

  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand identity, typography, and layout standards.

  • Revise designs based on feedback while maintaining efficiency and attention to detail.

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance creative output

Stakeholders

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, content, and project managers to ensure alignment on visual direction and goals.

  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working closely with external marketing partners or freelancers whenever necessary.

  • You have previous work experience (Ideally 1-3 years) experience in Graphic design (in a creative agency, highly preferred)

  • You have a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and past work.

  • You have excellent time management, organization, and communication skills

  • You have a good understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques.

  • You are a strong team player and have strong stakeholder management skill

  • You're driven, self motivated, independent and committed to success.

  • You're open minded, enthusiastic and willing to learn

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset - you must be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done
