**About BestFoody Summary**:
We are looking for a curious and creative Graphic Designer & Illustrator with a problem-first attitude to join our team. You have a knack for transforming ideas into compelling visuals. You will be a key player in bringing our brand to life through captivating illustrations, impactful marketing materials, and engaging digital experiences. We value individuals who are adaptable and thrive in a collaborative environment.

While this role primarily focuses on graphic design and illustration, there will be opportunities to contribute to UX projects and expand your skillset in user-centred design. We value individuals who are adaptable and thrive in a collaborative environment.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Cooking up creative graphics for our platform, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with a fun and fast-paced team to shape our brand across Asian markets.
- Dishing out fresh illustrations that tell our story and make users hungry for more
- Conceptualize and create original illustrations that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our target audience.
- Design a wide range of marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, social media graphics, website assets and more.
- Design visual elements such as icons, logos and typography that contribute to a cohesive and memorable brand identity.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all visual communication channels.
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to visual challenges, approaching each project with a problem-solving mindset.
- Support the UX team by providing visuals for user interfaces, websites, and digital products (as needed).
- Stay informed about the latest design trends and technologies, constantly seeking to expand your skillset and knowledge.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Someone with a passion for design and illustration, and a portfolio to prove it.
- A self-motivated and self-starter who is willing to learn and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Creativity in spades, a positive attitude, and an appetite for learning.
- A love for food and a finger on the pulse of Asian food culture is a BIG plus.
- Genuine interest to pursue a career in user experience design
- Passion in the F&B industry

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate or recent graduate of a diploma or degree in a Graphic Design, UIUX Design, Illustration, Visual Communication, Interface Design, Media Design, Web Design, or design related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your illustration skills and graphic design expertise.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design and native app design
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate your design choices and rationale.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, composition, and typography.
- Demonstrated curiosity, a passion for visual storytelling, and a problem-first approach to design.

**Good to have**:

- You have great interest in or understanding of F&B industry
- You are a great communicator, having strong communication and presentation skills to present data in an understandable and convincing way.

**Bonus Points**:

- Experience with animation or motion graphics
- Photography and Videography skills
- Familiarity with print production processes
- Able to accomplish work using Figma, Sketch, Invision
