Responsible for the operational support, technical enhancement, and integration of the SuccessFactors platform. This role oversees the system landscape, focusing on platform stability, HR system integration, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the end-to-end implementation of HR systems projects, including hands-on involvement in requirements gathering, vendor management, testing, and deployment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, deliverables, risk assessments, and oversee project activities and status reports.
- Support HRIS system across multiple modules such as SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning) and BIPO (Attendance, Payroll) and integrations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the scheme administration and system processes and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labour laws, data protection regulations, IT audit and internal policies in the scheme administration.
- Partner with vendors and consultants on system enhancements and support escalations.
- Coordinate and conduct user acceptance test and training.
- Develop and maintain HRIS reports and dashboards to support decision-making and analytics.
- Collaborate with HR leadership, business stakeholders, and process owners to ensure the solutions align with requirements, functions, and relevant policies.
- Manage and develop team members, provide guidance on complex enquiries and ensure prompt responses with the scheme administration while ensuring alignment to scheme policies.
- Keep track project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Degree in Business, Information Systems, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in a similar capacity with hands-on exposure to HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, or other HR systems)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across different levels of the organization.
- Knowledge of Employment Act is an added advantage.
