Role and Responsibilities:

●      Perform basic meat cutting including trimming and slicing beef and pork

●      Mince beef and pork products

●      Ensure all equipment are kept clean and good working condition

●      Weigh and label meat products and package them nicely

●      Attend to customer's queries and needs promptly in a friendly and courteous manner

●      Assist in arranging meat products nicely in the display chiller

●      Arrange dry/retail items on shelves in an attractive manner and according to FIFO

●      Be knowledgeable in all different cuts of beef and how to cook them

●      Any ad-hoc duties that assigned by superior

Requirements:

●      Able to work well in a team

●      Good communication skills

●      Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

●      Willingness to learn

●      Able to work weekends and public holidays

●      F&B/ Butchering experience is a bonus

●      Possessing a valid food handler's certificate (Food Safety Course Level 1 or higher)
