Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Etech Store. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation plans, and risk management plans
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and logistics
  • Communicate with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and customers
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and expenses are accurately tracked

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks

Nice to Have:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
  • Knowledge of retail or e-commerce operations

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $68, $73,205.14 per year

Expected hours: 38 per week
