As a Biomedical Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Supervise maintenance programs for healthcare devices, electronic systems, and communication infrastructure.
  • Assess and deploy new medical equipment and systems to enhance clinical operations.
  • Provide expert guidance in diagnosing complex equipment failures and incident investigations.
  • Manage service agreements, licensing, insurance, and asset lifecycle processes.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate operational risks, including cybersecurity threats.
  • Oversee budget preparation, cost control, and procurement processes.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage staff performance and professional growth.
  • Ensure adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the organization in technology and safety-related decision-making forums.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of system upgrades and capital projects.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess a Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic or Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in similar capacity or relevant industry experience
