Job Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage audit engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with professional standards.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to the audit team, particularly on complex issues.
  • Review and finalize audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with partners and other senior management to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to expand the firm's audit practice.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as CPA, CA, or equivalent is preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of external audit experience, with at least 5-6 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), and relevant statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using audit software, data analytics tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
