About the Roles

We are looking for a Senior Audit Manager/Audit Director to join our team in the CBD. This permanent, full-time position operates Monday to Friday from 8:45 AM to 6:00 PM. The role offers a competitive salary package, including a basic salary, AWS, and a performance bonus, providing a great opportunity for career growth in the audit and assurance sector.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Sign off on auditors' reports for statutory audits and other assurance engagements in compliance with Singapore Standards on Auditing (SSAs) and the Companies Act.
  • Lead and develop a cross-border team of managers and associates.
  • Manage the end-to-end audit delivery process, including planning, risk assessment, fieldwork, review, and finalizing reports.
  • Oversee external audit, corporate governance, compliance, and enterprise risk management engagements.
  • Develop and lead a team of audit staff and corporate tax compliance professionals.
  • Handle engagement economics, including budgeting, work-in-progress (WIP), billing, collections, and tracking variances to meet targets.
  • Ensure adherence to professional standards and compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
  • Manage practice tasks such as resourcing, scheduling, and client billing.
  • Review and finalize audit reports, ensuring clear communication of findings.
  • Contribute to business development by identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • CA (Singapore) qualification; ACRA-registered Public Accountant.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in audit management/leadership, with candidates from the commercial sector with relevant experience also welcomed.
  • Strong technical knowledge in accounting, auditing standards, and related tax regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate teams.
