Retail Assistant with S. (under Profitrade Pte Ltd)

About us

S.Mart is a convenience store setup to meet our customers' convenience based on location as our core focus. We will customized based on observations of store's location and customer's profile by offering a wide range of products. We will target to provide highly-rated products at good prices with a modern and wonderful experience shopping with us.

S. started operations in July 2023 (previously called ) and also available with online platform such as Grab and Deliveroo, with plans to opening more outlets focusing in the certain areas of Singapore. In order for us to continue growing, we need great and motivated individuals to join us and grow together with the company.

Profitrade Pte. Ltd. is the holding company for S.Mart convenience store brand and future roadmaps will be to open up more outlets focusing in parts of Singapore where the store will be modernized, cater to location-based needs and to create a shopping environment where tourists and locals alike will find something that they need where they least expected.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers check out their purchases
  • Attend to customers' enquiries
  • Fulfil orders from online delivery platforms
  • Replenish display shelves
  • Maintain stock in the storeroom
  • Receive and account for deliveries from suppliers
  • Maintain cleanliness within store premises
  • Monitor expiry dates of products

Candidate requirements

  • Singaporean, Permanent Resident (PR), Malaysians
  • Need to be at least 21 years old (by law in order to handle tobacco sales)
  • Humble and willing to adapt to a new culture
  • Physically able - work will involve carrying heavy products
  • Able and willing to work shifts morning or afternoon/night shifts
  • Has a personality that sparks joy to co-workers

Work week:

6-days work week, 48 hours a week, one off day per week

Employment Type:

Full-time Working Hours are available: 4pm-12am (Afternoon Shift)

Full Time Monthly Starting Salary Range (SGD)

$2,000 to 2,500 depending on experience and after confirmation (3 months)
