Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and expert consultation to uphold high standards in rehabilitation care
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, voice, and swallowing difficulties
  • Deliver therapy services to a wide range of patient profiles, including specialized cases
  • Promote evidence-based practices by developing clinical guidelines, protocols, and optimizing equipment usage
  • Lead and manage the rehabilitation team to ensure effective staffing and consistent quality of care
  • Organize and lead meetings focused on clinical improvements and service excellence
  • Plan and implement individual training and development roadmaps for team members
  • Coordinate training programmes and support initiatives aimed at expanding service capabilities
  • Take part in research, innovation, and other projects supporting service development
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Speech-Language Therapy or equivalent.

Note: Salary may be negotiable depending on years of relevant experience and qualification.
