We are seeking experienced and passionate Speech Therapists to join our community-based services, providing therapy and support across a variety of settings.

Service Areas

  • Paediatric Rehabilitation (Early Intervention Programme)
  • Adult Rehabilitation
  • Community-Based Rehabilitation (Day Activity Centres, Day Rehabilitation Centres, Nursing Homes)

The Challenges

  • Assess and identify individual client needs to recommend appropriate therapeutic interventions and programmes
  • Conduct individual or group therapy sessions to achieve client outcomes
  • Participate in public education and outreach initiatives to promote an inclusive society
  • Stay updated with current research and developments in speech therapy
  • Engage in networking with hospitals and other community organisations
  • Senior Speech Therapist: undertake supervisory and administrative responsibilities in addition to clinical work

What it Takes

  • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Speech Therapy (or equivalent) recognised by the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC)
  • Eligible for registration as a Speech Therapist with AHPC Singapore
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and professionalism
  • Team player passionate about serving in the social service sector and supporting people with disabilities
  • Experience in management and multi-agency collaboration is an advantage
