Job Summary:

We are currently looking for Associate Lecturer(s) to teach in MDIS Singapore.

Associate Lecturer(s) will be appointed on a part-time basis to cater to short-term teaching requirements. Once the recruitment process has concluded, the official appointment will take place shortly before the commencement of classes or subject to the availability of teaching sessions.

Keen applicants will be required to possess a recognised University degree. Any other relevant professional qualifications, industry experience and pedagogical training would be advantageous.

Programme Level: Pre-Degree

  • Listening
  • Reading
  • Speaking
  • Writing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lectures/tutorials in the related discipline.
  • Set, mark and moderate assignments and/or examinations.
  • Develop course curriculum as and when required.
  • Incorporate current industry trends into teaching.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, in a relevant discipline from a recognised educational institution, with at least five (5) years of relevant industry experience.
  • Certificate in English Language Teaching.
  • Pedagogy/teaching certificate holders will have an advantage.
  • Excellent command of English, with an ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Team player who is able to work with faculty members and administrative staff.
  • Keen interest in nurturing students in their learning journey.
