Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Multimedia Designer to join our team. You will produce engaging educational animations, promotional videos, and internal communication materials. This role requires expertise in Adobe After Effects, video editing and graphic design, plus occasional flipbook creation for educational materials.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Illustration

  • Create vector graphics, illustrations and other animation assets
  • Ensure designs align with visual style and guidelines

Video Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit videos and add SFX, music and voiceovers
  • Sync audio to visuals with precision

Animation Creation

  • Produce 2D animations, motion graphics and explainer videos (After Effects)
  • Deliver content according to scripts, storyboards and deadlines

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with editors and project managers
  • Revise and improve content based on feedback
Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Diploma/Degree in Multimedia Design, Animation, Graphic Design or related field

Experience

  • Experience in multimedia or graphic design
  • Portfolio showcasing animation and design work

Technical Skills

  • Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro
  • Understanding of video fundamentals, audio editing and mapping

Soft Skills

  • Strong creative and storytelling abilities
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Additional Requirements

  • Able to research and adapt to new animation styles
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Educational content creation experience is a plus
