*About the Role:*
We are looking for a creative, passionate, and organized Social Media Executive to manage our brand and founder-related social media presence, while driving strong engagement within our community. The ideal candidate understands how to build authentic relationships online, is proactive with content ideas, and has the skills to bring those ideas to life.
*Key Responsibilities:*
• Manage and grow the company's social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Support and manage the social media accounts of founders and key opinion leaders (KOLs) to build their personal brand visibility and influence.
• Respond promptly to comments and direct messages with professionalism and personality.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar across all platforms.
• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, behind-the-scenes moments).
• Collaborate with the team to highlight brand activities, community initiatives, and thought leadership.
• Track engagement metrics and use insights to refine content strategy.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices.
*Requirements:*
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Strong videography and basic editing skills using tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Rush, or similar.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple social accounts with distinct voices (brand, founders, KOLs).
• Detail-oriented, creative, and capable of working independently.
*Bonus:*
• Prior experience managing influencer or founder accounts and growing their following organically.
