• A valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.


• Pass Halal Assessment Cert test.


• Able to perform kitchen duties.


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Permanent, Part Time Pay starts early at 7am

Off days on Public Holiday and weekends (Unless required to report to work)

Responsibilities:

  • Arrange raw ingredients in preparation for cooking.
  • Simple preparation work (e.g. marination, assisting to thaw food, etc.)
  • Frying and grilling chicken, egg or side dishes
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of the work area.
  • Portion and pack food items or dishes.
  • Weigh or measure ingredients.
  • Simple mise en place (may involve simple chopping, peeling and cutting of ingredients).
  • Maintain a high level of hygiene and cleanliness of the work area.
  • preparing sauces, spices, seasoning and marinating based on recipes
  • cleaning cooking equipment/tools, kitchen floor and storage area
  • disposing of kitchen waste and rubbish
  • ensuring hygiene and safety standards are strictly adhered to
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks as may be requested of you from time to time.
