About the role

Concept AC Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team in our Raffles Place restaurant. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes, ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career development within our growing hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to exacting standards
2. Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work environment in the kitchen
3. Assisting the Head Chef and other members of the culinary team as required
4. Ensuring that all food safety and hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to
5. Participating in menu development and implementing new recipes
6. Providing training and guidance to junior kitchen staff
7. Monitoring stock levels and placing orders for necessary ingredients

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a busy commercial kitchen environment
2. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, food safety standards and kitchen operations
3. Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities to work efficiently under pressure
4. Passion for creating delicious, visually appealing dishes
5. Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills and a willingness to learn
6. Relevant culinary qualification or certification is preferred
