About the Role

As a Client Success Associate , you'll play a key role in supporting our clients' success on the Rewardz platform — from onboarding and campaign setup to performance tracking and renewals.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are analytical, organised, and love building relationships. You'll learn how to manage client accounts, interpret data, and solve real business challenges. Over time, you'll develop into a Client Success Manager , leading your own portfolio of clients and driving strategic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Client Support & Relationship Building

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth handover from the sales team.
  • Support day-to-day account servicing and client communications.
    Build rapport and trust with client stakeholders across HR, marketing, and operations.

Campaign & Platform Management

  • Coordinate campaign setup, reward listings, and platform updates.
  • Liaise with internal teams — Partnerships, Ops, and Tech — to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide support on client queries.

Data & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports on platform usage and engagement trends.
  • Interpret data and help identify areas for improvement or new opportunities.
  • Support automation and dashboard initiatives to streamline reporting.

Growth & Learning

  • Shadow senior CSMs during client reviews and presentations.
  • Participate in internal process improvement and product enhancement discussions.
  • Develop your account management, communication, and analytical skills through on-the-job learning.
You Make a Good Fit for This Role If You:
  • Are a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years of experience in client servicing, account coordination, or related roles (internship or project experience counts).
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Apply sound negotiation skills to shape win–win outcomes that drive client satisfaction and business value.
  • Are analytical and detail-oriented , comfortable working with data and Excel.
  • Love solving problems and can stay composed under pressure.
  • Enjoy working with people and find satisfaction in helping clients succeed.
  • Are curious, proactive, and motivated to grow into a Client Success Manager role within 2–3 years.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where you can make a tangible impact.
Location

Singapore (Hybrid work arrangement)

Compensation

SGD 3,200 – 3,600 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)
