Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic & Operational Support
· Partner with the CBO to define, track, and execute business strategies, growth initiatives, and KPIs.
· Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and monitor progress across functions.
· Prepare executive briefs, presentations, and reports for internal leadership, board updates, and external stakeholders.
· Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
· Act autonomously on CBO priorities, ensuring business continuity in their absence.
2) Cross-Functional Coordination
· Serve as the main liaison between business units, finance, HR, legal, marketing, and operations.
· Track project timelines, deliverables, and action items to ensure alignment and accountability.
· Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams to drive strategic initiatives.
· Oversee the implementation of process improvements, operational efficiency initiatives, and scalable business practices.
3) Executive-Level Communication & Administration
· Manage the CBO's calendar, meetings, travel, and external engagements.
· Draft executive summaries, memos, announcements, and strategic communications.
· Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced qualification preferred.
· –10 years of relevant experience, preferably in semi-conductor or similar technology-driven companies.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
· Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
· High level of discretion, maturity, and sound judgment.
· Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic, high-pressure environment
· Fluent in English and Mandarin
