As an HR Executive, Well Being (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Work closely with both internal and external partners to come up with and execute targeted health programmes aimed at enhancing staff health and well-being
  • Coordinate and manage hospital-wide health, sports as well as recreational events
  • Review health screening results to design targeted health programmes and monitor outcomes to ensure effectiveness
  • Encourage staff to take an active role in managing their health and well-being through active engagement
  • Serve as Secretariat on committees that support hospital initiatives in safety, health, and staff wellness
  • Contribute to department's digital initiatives to enhance staff engagement and accessibility to well-being programmes
  • Oversee the operations of the hospital's sports and recreational facilities
  • Work with stakeholders to organize cluster-wide programmes to foster bonding between staff from various institutions
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in Health Services Management, Sports & Wellness Management or equivalent.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in organizing health as well as sport programs is an added advantage
