**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage production operations to optimize efficiency, including resource allocation and production metric monitoring.
- Introduce procedural refinements and enforce SOPs to enhance output and minimize wastage.
- Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within production, ensuring adherence to MS Control systems and statutory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety protocols, health standards, and ECR reduction protocols.
- Strategize production material requisitions and oversee the introduction of new products.
- Liaise with external suppliers, headquarters personnel, and cross-functional departments for smooth operational transitions.
- Conduct coaching sessions, monitor employee performance metrics, and facilitate staff enrichment programs.
**Entry Requirements**:
- **Experience**:Minimum of 8 years in chemical manufacturing, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- **Certification**:Proficiency in ISO certification procedures.
- **Skills**:Strong proficiency in chemical plant management, familiarity with ESH regulations, and adeptness with MS Office suite.
- **Educational Qualification**:Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
