About the Role

We are seeking a driven and analytical professional to join our Risk Services Practice, supporting financial institutions in managing risk, driving transformation, and strengthening compliance across the banking and capital-markets landscape. You will collaborate with cross-functional experts to design risk frameworks, implement digital tools, and deliver high-impact solutions that enhance governance, transparency, and business resilience.

This is an opportunity to be part of a global team that combines risk, finance, technology, and data analytics expertise to help clients navigate complex regulatory and operational challenges.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement risk and compliance solutions across credit, market, operational, and technology risk areas.
  • Support transformation programmes leveraging AI, automation, and data analytics to improve risk management and reporting.
  • Lead or contribute to system implementation projects ensuring business and regulatory alignment.
  • Deliver workshops, prepare reports, and present insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Build collaborative relationships across internal teams and client organisations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management, finance, or consulting within the banking or capital markets sector.
  • Strong understanding of MAS or international regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in transformation projects or system implementation.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.
