Singapore RN CARE PTE. LTD. Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Job Description:

  • Assist clinical teams in managing complex wounds.
  • Offer clinical expertise and knowledge to patients.
  • Provide support to patients and their caregivers upon disease diagnosis.
  • Take responsibility for assessing, planning, and delivering comprehensive care for patients.
  • Deliver personalized and holistic care to help patients manage their condition.
  • Provide support to patients in inpatient, outpatient, and community hospital settings.
  • Deliver education, training, and clinical guidance to patients, their families, and hospital staff.
  • Serve as a resource in the clinical setting for managing patients with complex wounds.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing or State Registered Nurse certificate
  • Relevant Advanced Nursing Diploma or equivalent is preferred for candidate applying for the Senior Staff Nurse position
  • WOCP/WOCN certification is added advantage
  • Minimum 2 years in clinical practice as Wound Care Nurse / Wound Care Specialist Nurse
  • Experience in managing complex wounds is added advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
